If your insurance provider is not in the following list, please call our office to confirm that we can bill your insurance for your exam and glasses or contacts. We can bill the following insurance providers directly: VSP, Molina VSP, Kaiser, PBC/Regence, Eyemed, Medicare, Aetna, CHPW, Provider One, and Amerigroup.
